Project Story
Commissioned as an authentic turnkey retail F&B hospitality space in Orchard Road, this landmark project blends traditional cultural motifs with heavy-duty commercial restaurant carpentry. The design centers around a multi-level layout custom-carved in our Singapore carpentry studio using premium blockboards to ensure extreme stability under commercial heat and humidity. Authentic screens, custom booth banquette frames, L-shaped solid bar setups, and massive dining tables are engineered to resist heavy traffic. The dining zone features modular low-profile solid oak tables and matching heavy-duty joinery stools with standard-setting stability. We finished the entire joinery assembly with a specialty five-layered scratch-free satin lacquer seal to protect the wood from grease and hot tea spills, ensuring longevity for high-density retail traffic.
