Seng Coffee Bar at 389 Changi Road was transformed into a warm and characterful café that celebrates the charm of its traditional shophouse setting. Natural timber finishes, softly curved openings and heritage-inspired details create a welcoming atmosphere, while contemporary lighting and clean finishes give the space a fresh identity. The customised service counter forms a strong focal point and supports an efficient workflow for daily operations. Existing architectural features are complemented by textured surfaces, greenery and carefully selected decorative elements, creating a relaxed setting for dining and social gatherings. Completed within six weeks, the project delivers a distinctive café environment that thoughtfully balances local heritage, modern functionality and understated elegance.
