Project Story
Nestled in the heart of Serangoon North, this home at Affinity at Serangoon was designed for a young couple who wanted a space that felt calm, uncluttered, and effortlessly functional. Their brief to us was simple: "Give us a home we can breathe in." We embraced a simple modern minimalistic approach — clean lines, a warm neutral palette, and thoughtfully concealed storage that keeps everyday living organised without visual noise. Every piece of joinery was custom-built to the unit's floor plan, maximising space in the compact condominium layout while maintaining an open, airy feel. This project proves that a beautiful, well-crafted home doesn't need to take months — just careful planning, precise carpentry, and a clear vision.
Project Profile
The design language throughout the home is intentionally restrained. Matte white surfaces are paired with light wood-grain laminates, creating warmth without heaviness. Handleless cabinetry, hidden lighting, and full-height wardrobes give the home its signature seamless look.
