For this HDB home at 613C Punggol Drive, our clients — a young family settling into their new estate — wanted a space that felt bright, warm, and welcoming from the moment they stepped through the door. Their inspiration: the effortless cosiness of Scandinavian living. We crafted the space around light wood tones, crisp white surfaces, and soft, natural textures that make the most of the unit's daylight. Custom carpentry was key — every wardrobe, cabinet, and shelf was designed to blend into the home's clean-lined aesthetic while delivering the practical storage a growing family needs. From measurement to handover, the entire project was completed in just 3 weeks — a fast, fuss-free transformation that turned a bare BTO unit into a warm, liveable home.
Project Profile
The home follows a classic Scandi formula: white as the base, light oak wood-grain as the warmth, and clutter-free joinery as the backbone. The result is a space that feels larger, brighter, and calmer than its floor area suggests. Using Light oak wood-grain laminate, matte white surfaces, quartz countertop, soft-closing hinges and drawers.
